Rules & Regulations
Wine package prices include a 10% or 15% member discount and are dependent on actual varietals included with the shipment. Members receive two shipments each year, one in the spring and one in the fall. Shipping is free on the first shipment of all memberships.
Allocations can be shipped or picked up at the winery. Members who choose to ‘pick up’ their packages must do so within 3o days purchase, or make arrangements with the winery if it is beyond 30 days. Membership may be put ‘on hold’ once but must be reinstated for the next allocation. Members must receive a minimum of two shipments before cancelling. See cancellation rules below.
Shipping rates for full case memberships are as follows:
- $25 British Columbia
- $30 Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan
- $40 Ontario
- $45 Quebec, Maritimes,
- $50 Yukon, Northwest Territories
All packages are shipped by Canada Post, ATS or Loomis. Canada Post & couriers, by law, cannot leave packages that contain alcohol on a doorstep and someone of legal drinking age must be available to sign for it. If you are not home to receive your package on the first delivery attempt, the driver will leave a door knocker indicating the location you can pick it up at or to make alternative arrangements. If it is not picked up after 5 days, it is returned to the winery. A second freight charge will apply to returned packages.
We respectfully request that members receive a minimum of two shipments prior to cancellation. If the membership is a gift you can select the number of shipments you would like to purchase. You may cancel any time with 30 days notice prior to an allocations. Cancellation requests received within 30 days of a allocation will be cancelled after that allocation. Cancellations can be made by emailing email@example.com with the subject line CANCELLATION.
