A Riesling produced from our Stony southerly facing slope at Wild Goose Vineyards in Okanagan Falls in select years only. The fruit for this wine is hand selected by our pickers using only the ripest cleanest fruit. Our Style - A slow cool fermentation produces a wine of apple and peach flavours with a distinct crispness. The wine is bottled in the spring and always allowed to age for 6-8 months before release.
